Our mission
Gentle Giants Academy is a music-led learning system for young children, grounded in social-emotional learning. Through original songs, we teach the lessons that matter most and are often the hardest to say out loud: body safety, consent, boundaries, big feelings, kindness, and how to spot tricky people by what they do.
Every song is written to be sung, remembered, and repeated, so a child carries the lesson long after the music stops. A melody makes a difficult conversation easier for children and for the grown-ups who love them.

Gentle Giants Academy was created by Lida Mankovski, an attorney, songwriter, and mother of two. Driven by a deep commitment to children’s emotional well-being and safety, she writes original songs that give young children the words for big feelings, body safety, boundaries, and the conversations grown-ups often struggle to start.
Lida’s legal training shows in the precision of each safety lesson: clear, deliberate language children can understand and use.
Every song begins with a purpose, every lyric is chosen with care, and every lesson is written with a child’s heart in mind.
